How can I update or cancel my order?


You can send us an email at contact@purenatty.com for a cancellation request. Please contact us immediately for cancellations because we process orders quickly. If you order has already been shipped you will be adviced to see our return policy.




My NATTY Butter melted, can I still use it?


Absolutely! NATTY Butters will melt at warm tempertures. If this occurs simply let it cool at room temperature or in the fridge until it hardens. The butter will no longer have the same whipped consistency but will still give your skin the same amazing benefits and moisture.




My shipping address is incorrect, what should I do?


We can modify the shipping but this needs to be done before we package the order. Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at contact@purnatty.com to make any shipping or address changes.




Can I track my order?


Yes, you will receive a link via email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. We currently send all orders via the USPS.
