SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped out in as timely a manner as possible after they are received. In-stock items will ship within 2 business days of the purchase date. It should arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your shipping preferences.
Items may be picked up at the Sugar Maple Trading Company store if requested. Be sure to select this option during checkout to avoid shipping fees.
​RETURN POLICY
If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. Email us at hello@sugarmapletradingco.com and we'll try our best to make it right!
All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. No food items are eligible for return or exchange.
PAYMENT METHOD
When you make a purchase on our website, you agree to pay, and authorize our third-party payment processor to charge using your selected payment method, for all applicable fees and taxes that may accrue in relation to your purchase. All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law (or as specified in our Return Policy). We are not responsible for charges or foreign exchange rates applied by your credit card company and/or financial institution.
