Vintage American Pressed Glass Sherbet • Late 1920s–1930s

$9.95Price

A beautifully textured example of refined American pressed glass from the late 1920s into the early Depression era. This sherbet cup features a richly patterned bowl with geometric relief, a slender paneled stem, and a broad, stable foot—designed to catch the light and feel substantial in the hand.

Machine-pressed in clear glass, this piece shows the crisp mold work and optical depth characteristic of higher-quality American production from this period. The underside displays a central mold post mark, consistent with factory pressing rather than hand-blown glass.

Excellent vintage condition, with no chips or cracks. Originally intended for ice cream, fruit, or molded desserts, it remains perfectly usable today and mixes beautifully with other early 20th-century pressed glass.

A classic table piece from an era when everyday objects were made to be both practical and handsome.
